Provision of low cost housing with only basic facilities. Lower skilled labour available in the area will be utilsed for building.
Adequate water supply
Efficient garbage collection to ensure high standards of hygiene thereby restricting the spread of infectious disease. This will be implemented through the recruitment of locally available labour to collect and effectively dispose of garbage*.
Organised Drainage and Sewage systems*.
 
*The approach used will primarily focus on low cost – however where limitations such as natural factors are faced necessary technology will have to be deployed to ensure effective systems. These systems will be decided upon after consultation with govt./ external specialists

Houses will be built to ensure minimal heat penetration/ maximum resistance against weather tear
Eco friendly architectural practices utilized spanning the efficient use of land, minimal harm to environment through materials used, minimal wastage
 
  All the above will constitute to create “socially acceptable living standards” whilst also generating employment within the region itself.
