As a company focused on Quality Assured Products, OMEGA
has recognized the importance of implementing ISO standards
and the company is in the process of obtaining ISO 9001
certification for software development.
Currently we adopt our own set of Multi-tier client server
development methodology standards.

Our human resources include senior business consultants,
qualified and experienced engineers, project managers, an
active sales & marketing team, quality control managers,
system analysts, analyst programmers and experienced developers.
Each member of the development team is trained on specific
skills.
Our senior management team comprises of professionals in
information technology, engineering, marketing, accounting
and legal disciplines.
Commitment to continuous learning
The company demands that all employees keep abreast of current
technologies by committing at least 10% of their time to
update and refresh skills in their selected technological
areas. In order to encourage and foster continuous learning
the company finances educational programs and professional
examinations.

facility is supported by a leading ISP. At OMEGA, our infrastructure
is built to be operational 24 hours of the day with minimum
downtime. Access to 24-hour backup power, Air-Conditioning
and customer support helps maintain Quality of Service.
